I have overlapping Autoimmune Disease, with one of the conditions being an autoimmune muscle disease. I have done many things to help me heal and cope with this, including a special diet and lifestyle. For several months now I have been sleeping on an indoor grounding mat and I will never be without it. I sleep better and wake up more rested. I also have little to no muscle stiffness. Ideally it would be great if we went with no shoes and we walked on the ground all day, but in todays world we are walking on rubber soled shoes and are stuck in concrete and steel buildings all day every day. Have you ever been on vacation and spent the day at the beach, walking barefoot on the sand and in saltwater? Have you been to a lake or on a picnic in the summer and ran around with your shoes off all day? How did you feel? Next time be aware of this and I promise you will feel incredible!
